Point at Windmill Lakes

Good to Bad From: tigertx04 Date posted: 1/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I can only say I enjoy the location of my Apt next to Lake. everything else is just plain terrible. when I moved in 3 years ago, this was a nice place and I knew a lot of the neighbors. Now everyone walks around holding their pants up and not making eye contact like they just been somwhere they shouldnt.
