I've lived in Post Midtown Square for 4 months now. I like it but I don't love it.

Goods: Repairs are handled well and usually pretty quickly. Facilities are average but well maintained for the most part. Parking is tough but usually available. The location is fantastic. There are tons of restaurants, shops, diners, and bars within walking distance. Utlities are reasonable. The apt sponsored activities are hit or miss but the fellow residents here are friendly.

Bads: This are of town is loud. The pool is loud. This is probably not the best place if sleep is your number one priority. The office will nickle and dime you every chance they get. They are not flexible and not that worried with customer service. There are numerous shady characters hanging around but no issues as far as I know.

Overall, this is a fine choice for Midtown living.
