Social Events - not really! One in Christmas, and one in the Summer. Seperate garages'''' - There is no such thing. Everyone parks in a parking garage. None are private garages. Security guard - Works really hard when theyre not sleeping or when they just leave the gates open. I live in a 2 br and pay $1545. In the last year they have lost two fabulous employees - Their Head Maintenance guy, Jessy, and their Asst Manager, Brook. They kept that place running. If you dont have to deal with the manager youll be fine. She doesnt care about you! If you ever have a problem with ANYTHING from a package to needing an exterminator or a work order, ask for someone else to help you. Shes not never very helpful. A REAL BLONDE! On a differnet note: The interior of the apartments are a really nice and upsacale quality. Location is awesome. If you are a member of the Houstonian, this location could not be more conveiniant.
