Do Not move here! The property is infested with RATS and Raccoons! The property backs up to a big bayou. Lots of mosquitoes and rodents. Bad Management company. They are only interested in cash not the residents. Very OLD Apartments Live somewhere else!! You ll be glad you did

I think you have the wrong apartment. This is a great property, in great shape and I could not disagree with you more on the management of the property. I think you may have made an honest mistake in confusing the Post Oak at Woodway with another complex, the buildings are new, the landscaping is great, the management takes care of things and I have never seen a rat nor a racoon here. Yes the complex is on the bayou but most people see that as an added feature. I am not usually prone to respond to such inane and baseless critics but upon coming across your post I was a bit shocked that you could be referring to the same property where I live. You must have your own petty axe to grind.
