Post Oak Park Apartments

Good value when I was there From: teekhe Date posted: 8/26/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001   During the times I lived here, the rent was fair for the location and newness of the complex. Good shopping and entertainment closeby. The staff was not the best, but generally competent. The quality of the tenants appeared to decline over time. As they became younger, there were more beer bottles and trash left laying around the complex (though it was generally well maintained). I enjoyed the pool, though they had a 1 year project to rebuild the fitness center which I'm not quite sure they ever finished! Getting the mail was a bit of a hike. If you're in the old part of the complex and had to go to the leasing office, that was a real hike!
