I looked around the galleria and bellaire quite a bit and this was the nicest I found, most of the apartments for less money than Post Oak Park have shared laundry or crap security. That being said you can find places for cheaper.
I have been here for 2 months and love it so far. The management is very good and maintenance is fast, and the location is very central. I would recommend it.
The only thing that is bad is the noise of air conditioners on the first floor, Houstonians use air conditioning rain, hail or shine! It doesn't really bother me now I am used to it but I think I would try and get on the 2nd or 3rd floors for next time. My friend who lives at another apartment has complained of the same thing so I wouldn't say that this ia a bad point specific to Post Oak Park. There is also no traffic noise at Post Oak.

Gorgeous flooring! Is that throughout the whole unit? Did you have to pay extra for that? LoL, I've been looking everywhere for hardwood, and it's near impossible! Thanks!

Only the first floors have wood floors AFAIK. I have now been here 6months and still loving it.
