I love living at the rice

the concierge, maintainance & management staff are the most welcoming and efficient that I have ever dealt with in 11 years of renting. I was at the lofts at the ballpark before I moved here and loved it as well but the plusses of living at the rice far outweigh those at the lofts at the ballpark. I love being in a historic building and the convenience of having so many dining and entertainment options is wonderful. I am a jazz vocalist and work for both timpano & Sambuca. Being able to walk Downstairs or across the street to work is wonnnnnderful! Kudos to the exceptional staff for making this building feel like a community & for providing me a wonderful home!
