Further and further downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Stay away. The Katrinaites have really caused this place (which was pretty bad)to further degenerate. I wrote a letter to management about open drug use, loud rap, teenagers hanging around the carport breezeways smoking pot and making sexually explicit remarks, very open drug dealing. Management seemed totally uninterested. Change to name to The Ghetto on Memorial.
