Disrespectful and trashy neighbors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   I don't know if it is the tenants or their guests, but the parking garage is commonly used as a trash receptacle for anything left in ones car. The trash chutes are in the garage, but it seems too difficult to stop and empty out the car there. The trash doesn't end there. Tenants leave their trash at their doors for days on end. The management has been notified several times but no improvement nor noticeable attempts to correct the condition is evident. Check with the police department about the crime statistics. Cars and sometimes just their wheels are prime targets. If you want a reasonably priced place, have good insurance and don't mind walking your guests by an occasional trash pile, then this is the place for you.
