The problem with this complex is that the buildings are not built to be energy efficient at all. After signing a lease, my roommate and I had sky-high energy bills, with normal heating and cooling usage. Our unit's water heater had to be turned down to acheive normal/high bills and now we have very little hot water. The outer doors are built with big gaps under them to let out the AC/heat, and the windows are thin. The apartment itself looks quite nice. The layout, fixtures/finish, are good. The kitchen is quite nice. The garge is good, and provides close, covered parking. The problem is there is a huge hidden cost with the energy that the place uses. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
