I have lived here for 6mos and my wife for a couple of years. The complex looks great from the outside, but it is whats underneath that counts. To aleviate the car breakins they are building a guard shack in the garage. Great idea, but the morons built in backwards, but it is really just going to be a place for the "courtesy" officers to sleep (currently they have to go to the office next to gym. The office staff sucks as evidenced by their constant turnover. Obviously working here must be as bad as living here. Heaven help you if you do not pay your water bill by the first of the month, even though it may not arive until the 2nd or 3rd if at all (you are still responsible).
We might stick around for another year, but only because of the great location at a fairly reasonable price. I say maybe because of the questionable clientele they continue to lease to. If you can afford a few more bucks, avoid this place. If not, it aint that bad.
