In the time I lived here let me inform you of the difficulties I encountered:
1. My car was vandalized TWICE. Both times I was told it would be "too difficult" to view the tapes.
2. The water was shut off over 5 times for "repairs to pipelines."
3. Pet urine and feces all over the complex.
4. Parking garage continuously closed on various levels, causing several near collisions. This went on over a period of months since the parking garage was "structurally unsound."
5. Upon moving out, I was told by maintenance that since I had lived there for a little over two years, I would not be charged for carpeting or repainting. Later, not only do I not get my deposit back for those exact things, I was turned over to a creditor because the amount due went over my deposit. I NEVER received a letter for such charges. When I called the office staff has indignant and completely unhelpful...blaming ME for not receiving a letter.
6. Over the course of the two years my rent went up over $300....They get you to move in for a low rent price, then raise it astronomically once you're in.
7. My shower bath tub literally started to cave in. The center cracked and caved. The most ridiculous thing of all.
Don't let the seemingly good location fool you. This place is terrible.
