I moved in giving this place the benefit of the doubt since they have a new owner and are remodeling. WORST MISTAKE EVER! First, the day I showed up with my Uhaul full of furniture my apartment wasn't ready. Finally after hours of waiting they got into another apartment which wasn't what I wanted but I really had no choice since I had nowhere to go at that point. This also cost me another days rental on the U-Haul. They of course refused to re-imburse me even though it was their fault. Next my A/C did not work. After arguing them for about a week they finally sent someone to fix it. NEXT my dishwasher stopped working my first week their. It took them a month to get it fixed. NEXT they threatened to turn off my electric saying I had not put it into my name even though TXU assured me it was in fact in my name and had been for some time. My stairs are loose and dangerous. The office is often staffed with temps that have no authority to do anything. The actual employees are rude and argumentative. I am reporting the whole complex to the better business bureau and anyone else that will listen. If I did my job as poorly as these people I would be fired and deservedly so. What ever you do, avoid this place like the plague. This place is bad - very very bad. Even with the remodel and new management it is unbeliveable the level of incompetence. Living in a box under a bridge would be better or at least comparable.
