Overall I recommend it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for almost a year now and I am only moving because of a job in another city. I live on the 4th floor and it has been extremely quiet. I also have a beautiful view of the pool from my windows. Maintenance for your individual apartment is excellent. They come within 24 hours. Requests for stuff done outside your apartment are not so great. I have been requesting a second TV in the fitness center (one that is actually near the cardio machines, the appropriate hook ups are already there) and they have been telling me its on their "list of things to do," but still no TV. Other than that everyone has been friendly. The front desk staff can be a little snooty, but overall helpful when you ask. The gates do malfunction quite frequently. All in all, it has been a pretty good experience.
