Agree about the plumbing and AC From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   I was just playing around reading apt. reviews and I have to say that I agree with the last response. The air conditioning always froze when I was living there and the toilet always clogged. I can recall having the maintainance man over about 3 times a week in a span of two years. The apartments are extremely old and the rent is just too high. Albeit, it may be in a safe area, but the living conditions are not worth the price or the aggravation of having either a very high electric bill for an air condition that does not work properly and a toilet that clogs and overflows every other week. I am very serious.
