From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   RUN FOR YOUR LIVES.. this place is awful! management here is unbelievably rude. they will speak to you like you're incompetent and will not take you seriously. this is probably because you've already signed the lease and are now stuck with them, so they don't have to care anymore. the gate breaks down constantly, and the remotes.. and also the appliances around the apartment (dishwasher/dryer). maintenance will take forever to fix a problem. ants have just started to be a problem for me though i hear many tenants have had bug problems already. there is no point in referring anyone (for rewards); i have referred many but have not gotten anything for it. i noticed i really started to hate the apartment complex when they switched the employees/management. the new ones are seriously the main problem of my disgust towards this apartment complex. i wouldn't even think about staying here again, unless they brought in a brand new staff who are more professional. so pretty much, like i tell the people 'looking for rent' around my complex, run for your lives.. because you'll definitely regret it later. ps. water pressure in the shower sucks! and i know this review is long, but i am just THAT furious with these people.
