This apartment complex call RAVENWOOD apartments which is under the MOODY NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY has been the WORST NIGHTMARE
for my family and myself. Sadly we do not have the money to move or just GET
OUT as my stepfather has been in the hospital for 4 weeks and still there.
IN this complex we have things going on like "DRIVING BY SHOOTINGS", "STOLEN
VEHICLES", "CAR DAMAGES" almost every day. There is " HIGH TRAFFIC AND MONKEY
BUSINESS" going on or should say "ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND ALSO BREAKING IN ON
APARTMENTS". This is "ENDANGERING OUR LIVES AND OTHER DECENT PEOPLE IN THE
COMPLEX AS WELL AS THE NEIGHBOURHOOD".

Just go to the Houston Police Department web site and pull out the information . The management
in the office are useless and not mention the bad customer service as well as changing the
managers all the time, and they do not even introduce with the tenants. When you call
MOODY NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY about these things they do not do anything
about and just turn a blind eye, they have to put SECURITY!!! In the meantime my family
and myself are living with stress and suffering every day and wondering when we wake up
tomorrow if our only car will be destroyed as one car has already been totally destroyed.
THIS IS OUR NIGHTMARE AND IS THERE ANYWAY OR ANYONE WHO CAN DO SOMETHING
ABOUT THIS!!''

Dont wait till things fall apart to report them, you can't blame the people in the office, they after all are employee's, blame the owners, they are the people making the money, they are the ones that control what happens, you should put everything in writing as the lease requires, the current managment is very helpful, they are humans, don't forget they work for someone else and are trying to do a job.
