Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
stay away from the Reata. In the last 5 mo. there was one robbery, 3 car break-ins, and multiple bikes stolen on 2 different weekends. (Check out crime stats at: http://www.ci.houston.tx.us/departme/police/stats.htm
( A6).

also, the building fire alarm has goes off for long periods of time and neither management nor the local fire department seems to care.
