Better have a gun! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003 1 response   Lights are always out on this property, the security camera at the entry gate hasn't worked in months. Stairwells are dark and dangerous AND there is no manager in the office. That's right there is not a MANAGER. This place sucks. Move next door to The Rincon. Same floorplans, better prices, and THEY have a manager.
