I can tell you as a former renter and now proud homeowner that this community is the best!
Location is perfect, the concierge service is extremely convenient and free for 12 months, the appreciation potential (resale) is enormous, there is a wonderful fitness center that is available 24hrs/day. There are 6 mountain bikes avail free of charge. You even get to meet with a personal trainer for free! The service you receive here is spectacular. Also, it is very peaceful and wonderful atmosphere here. I love it!
