Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
The last three reviews HAD to have been written by management. I lived there BEFORE the Trash moved in and/or bought condos. If you think Reata is great, you'd love 3rd, 4th, and 5th Ward. Reata is the Ghetto. No wait, it's not that nice.
I would never buy a condo, much less a Reata condo. A little fake wood and marble does not make it luxury folks!
Oh, and ask about the roof. The whole place needs to be reroofed and the homeowners will be shouldering the cost, NOT management. Bet they don't tell you about that when you sign the dotted line...
