THE LOCATION IS NOT GOOD, IT'S GREAT. THE ACCESS TO EVERYTHING IS AMAZING IN A CITY THAT HAS SEVERE TRAFFIC PROBLEMS. THE HOMES ARE REALLY NICE (ESPECIALLY THE UPGRADED ONES), A REALLY TERRIFIC GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS LIVE HERE. I LOVE MY NEW HOME.
GREAT STAFF AND WONDERFULL SERVICE. TRASH DISAPPEARS FROM YOUR FRONT DOOR, THEY HAVE A DRY CLEANER DROP OFF AND P/U. PRETTY GROUNDS. THE COMPLAINTS BELOW ARE HARD TO FATHOM AND MUST BE WHEN THE PLACE WAS RUN AS AN APARTMENT.

what a bunch of BS... this was written by management... they hire illegals that cant speak or write proper english... which reflects the condos ... GHETTO rather have a house in 3rd or 5th ward |

When you have reviews at the opposite ends of the spectrum it does look very fishy.

I'm an out of state owner of one of the Reata units. I've had nothing but problems trying to get responses from any and all people that work directly for the management. Rumor has it that responding to phone calls or e-mails is a foreign concept in Texas. Any truth to it?
