I have lived here for about 6 years and I am now a home owner. Yes at first the management was horrible, no one was ever in the office and customer service was AWEFULL. I had several problems after I closed and thought about re selling. I would never again invest in a Choice Community. There have been several changes made. The new office staff is very good and the office is always open. Maintenance request are handled on time and The staff knows alot about customer service. You can tell the difference in the changes. My neighbors are really great and everyone who lives here is very friendly.
