This site naturally attracts the complainers. Most can not qualify to purchase so they go negative. Evey multifamliy building trasmits some noise, big deal. The positives way out weigh the negatives. This location is not good it's great, the park is across the street, West Gray shopping can't be beat. The floor plans are nice and the residents are a pretty classy crowd. And by the way the place is just beautiful. I'm a happy owner and know several others. The complainers are those that complain about everything.
