okay From: donut Date posted: 4/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   when I moved here, the manager was very nice. since then, we have gotten a new manager. so far, i haven't had any problems though. The inside of the apartments are very nice and the outside is also well kept. Don't let this fool you though, we have had a problem with huge roaches which we never had until coming here and they sprayed twice. Another problem is traffic, no one tells you about that. From 4 to 7, don't try to leave or you will never get there. Another problem that i don't know if all apartments have is the high water when it rains. the water comes up to our door and the sidewalk to our car, is ankle deep in water when there is a hard rain. There are good things about the apartments but be weary of the setbacks.
