Great place... why I moved back... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   Regatta is a great place with great customer service. Parking is adequate, the units and the units are well cared for. I lived here when I first moved to Houston, then moved elsewhere in Clear Lake for a couple years, then decided to move back because of the customer service. It's generally prompt and they will make accommodations for very short term leases since there are a lot of NASA co-op students here.
