Raccoons the size of medium dogs, constant maintenance problems. Staff are a pain to deal with, they made us get rid of one of our dogs since we're on the ---- list, and no thats not our dog ---- piled 6in deep outside the door.

Lady,
I totally disagree with your statement. Regatta apartmetns are wonderful! The staff is great, friendly, and always willing to work with you on any situation you may have. As for the pile of ---- that was left outside of your door...who's else would it be? Just clean it up...that's gross to continue to see and smell ---- , and not have your area look spottless. If you read your contract and/or listened to their presentation of different ammentities they offer, you would have realized that they do have desinated areas you can walk your dog(s) to handle its business. It sounds to me people want to bend the rules, instead of follow them. Once they are called on it, they tend to blame others!!! Please make sure you do better elsewhere, or you will continue to come across the same problems.

Let me explain, if you write a Negative review/comment against The Regatta Apartments the Manager or someone that works in the front office will write the above statement to put you down. If you read past reviews posted for the Regatta, and then compare and read other comments posted for other Apartments in the Clear Lake area it becomes very clear the front office writes there own Positive Reviews, and posts them to give the appearance of a better score. If the Managememt is willing to go to this length of playschool type antics, when you move out be prepared to be nickled, and dimed....I/E being billed for brand new carpet when only normal wear, and tear was done.
To the front office - If you spend more time to improve the Complex instead of complaining and pointing fingers you might not get Negative comments in the 1st place. Just a thought!

You must work there. I know there there are designated places for the dog to walk, I walk all up and down the sidewalks with a bag in my hand. My dogs don't go inside the permiter fence, much less outside the front door. And when they do go, its cleaned up with a plastic bag.
Yeah dog ---- is disgusting to see and smell, when its not even your own dog, its a bit worse. Its not unreasonable that its not my dogs, these apartments are crowded, my door faces another 10 apartments.
Maybe instead of sitting around in the office on the computer, you can go out and see the people letting 100lb dogs running around without leads on doing whatever they want and going whereever they want, 10lb dogs growling and snapping at people going by when they go wherever they want and people who just let the dogs loose out the front door.
If you happen to go by the Regatta, don't step on the grass. Though come to think of it, there's been dog poo on the pavement too. Never got picked up either, just finally melted in the rain.

After reading this I can't beleave the Management hasn't wrote a rebuddle yet! saying something like "I love it here EVERYBODY LOVES IT HERE We hold hands, and sing Kum-Bi-Ya! Management does everything everytime, and further more Yap Yap Yap Yap Yap! Yap! Yap!! YaP!!!! Yap!!!!! Yap!!!!!! Yap!!!!!!! Yap!!!!!!!!she must be on vacation! it won't be long!
