RUST, MOLD, RACCOONS!!! HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 3 responses   OKAY, THE FIRST DAY I MOVED HERE, I TURNED THE WATER ON & IT WAS ORANGE--- YES, IT WAS RUST. CALLED MANAGEMENT & SAID- LET IT RUN, IT'LL BE CLEAR IN 5MINUTES. WELL, GUESS WHAT AFTER 5MONTHS, IT'S STILL RUSTY!!! THE MOLD IS PROBABLY AT TOXIC LEVELS,I HAD TO GO TO MD TO GET TREATED. THESE APARTMENTS ARE SOOOO OLD & NEED SO MUCH MAINTENANCE! MAYBE THEY SHOULD JUST START FROM SCRATCH! IT'S TRUE THAT MANAGEMENT IS USELESS. I HAVE CALLED ABOUT NOISE COMPLAINTS AT 2AM,WHERE PEOPLE ARE DRINKING OUTSIDE & NOTHING WAS DONE.APPARANTLY "THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO DO THAT." THERE IS ALSO A BREECH OF CONFIDENTIALITY WITH YOUR INFO WHEN YOU MOVE HERE,IT HAPPENED TO ME. I CAN ALSO LITERALLY HEAR THE NEIGHBORS URINATE WHEN I'M IN MY ROOM. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT. THE OTHER THING THAT MAKES IT BAD IS THE TRAFFIC, WILL TAKE YOU 20-30MIN TO GET OUT TO FREEWAY, WITH ALL THE CONSTRUCTION GOING ON & IDIOTS THAT DON'T GIVE U WAY TO EXIT FROM APT. THERE ARE ALSO STRAY CATS, DOGS & RACCOONS AS SOON AS IT GETS DARK CROSSING FROM WOODS, SINCE FENCE HASN'T BEEN FIXED.CAN YOU IMAGINE THE GERMS'-HEALTH HAZARD! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE APT. THEY ARE REALLY NOT WORTH IT. THEY ARE WAY OVERPRICED & CHEAP. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
