Nice place for children

This is a nice safe place. There are a lot of children and older people here. The sidewalks are very stroller friendly. We've never had a problem with management or maintenance issues. Occasionally there is a noise problem at night, but if you call security the problem disappears.
Currently, the apartments are under new ownership and things seem to be getting even better.

Why you not telling the truth those apartments are horrible they have racoons every where and the management is horrible also.

Check the reviews, each time a truthful (negative) review is posted some false happy horse s**t is posted. It is so apparent that the leasing agents are posting to keep their jobs. No one who has lived at the Regatta
would ever post such a rating, unless of course the are also an employee.

You're crazy to say that people would lie! Why would anyone take the time out of their day to respond to your negative remarks? I have lived in many communities and I have loved living at the Regatta. The management is great, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the community is clean.
