I wanted just to say that I have really loved and enjoyed living at the Regatta. I have lived in many apartment communities and honestly have not experienced the customer service that I've experienced here. When there is a maintenance issue it is handled in a timely manner...most times within 24 hours. There have been times when I've called on my way home from work at 3:30 and maintenance arrived at my house by 5pm. Honestly I do not expect that nor do I require them to come out right away. Because they do that I make a point to tell them they do not have to come out immediately since it is not an emergency but they do anyways. As for the cleanliness of the apartment I have lived in brand new and fairly new apartments. This has been one of the cleanest apartments upon move in. Yes there are problems with older apartments...do not expect to move into an older community and it be like new...that is not going to happen no matter where you go. This community is well kept and they are making improvements every day. They have even added a few new pieces of equipment to the work out room and repaved some of the driveways since I have moved here. As for insects outside you have to take into consideration there is a lot of fauna so that is to be expected. I have and will continue to recommend this community to friends and have had friends that have lived here in the past and loved it.

You haven't moved out yet, have you? Wait until you get the bill for damage you didn't do.

i agree, the management is unresponsive, the apartments are falling apart in the back. they pretend to fix things and never do. the racoon problem is awful.

Actually I have moved out already...and I did get all my deposits back except for about $30 for some stains on the carpet which I actually caused. So anyways...also it seems to me that all you always assume that whoever would say something good would work for the apartments...that seems quite trite to me. I don't work there, I actually don't even live in Houston anymore...it makes me wonder though if your problems really stem from an eviction because you can't seem to pay rent or something else but not the actually apartment...

That's all fine and well, but then you can't speak of the effects Ike had on the complex. We've been here almost 2 years, and are leaving at the end of this month. Got water in the apt. from bad landscaping which management still has not fixed, mold in the bathroom that has been "repaired" and yet still exists, and brown water marks over dining room window. Supposedly was going to be fixed over 2 weeks ago. Yet I've seen nothing of maintenance. I don't really expect to receive money back as our lease is not up yet, but the moldy bathroom and carpet are a health hazard that I won't risk.
