Regency Arms Apartments

It's Gone Down Hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   When we first moved in a year ago, It was in the process of being remodeled and we always saw the maint. people working on the place, updating the courtyards, etc. However, since we've been there, there have been 4 different property managment companies and no one is doing any sort of maint. People are moving out all the time, there are kids always running wild, destructing the property, and adults as well. People keep breaking the locks on the security gates and the common areas are not kept up or cleaned. We're getting out as soon as possible. This place is HORRID!!
