Bad management
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 8/21/2003
Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Problems started the from day one that I moved in. Neighbor kept parking in our space, call office took them forever to contact resident. Nails where sticking out on stair steps. Had no hot water during certain times of day. You can notice that
sink where painted . I reported to manager that paint was starting to peel off bath sink, which did not appear until days after I had moved in. Manager said ok that she will not that on my check list. But later found out that that manager work for the company so when i transfered to a one bedroom, they charged me $45.00 for a tiny sink that had very small spots of peeling paint. I spoke with new manager. She could not help me because I did not note it on the checklist. I spoke with main office manager and she gave me a "we have a business to run" attitude. Water was coming in from sliding door from roommates room. Problem never fixed. He made several calls and wrote letter....no response. There were drug dealers in complex and convient store across the street. You do not feel safe walking at night in or around complex.
There was mold around windows. air vents. We have only one laundry mat with 8 washers and dryer that break constantly. Poorly maintained.
would not recommend.......
