Management very fake. Once you are in, they treat you like crap. Paying way too much rent for a dump. They advertise amenities that do not exist. Raved about new parking lot. Looks like a monkey did it. They only enforce rules that they feel apply but if you make a complaint about someone breaking rules for example, parking in your spot, etc...they don't care.

Apt poorly insulated...$274 electric bill last month. One unit for two story apt. Apt is warm in summer and freezing in winter.

#1 thing I hate about this place is the $50 per month water bill. No water meter...apparantly just pulling out a price out of their butts.

Can't wait for my lease to be up!!!
