Recently i have been apartment hunting online and discovered this apartment rating website. I am so glad that such a thing exist as i have always wanted to report how awful these apartments are! I lived there back in 2003. Simply saying number one there are plenty of roaches-when i told the staff this they told me because that "Houston" has roaches. There are also some type of worm in the carpets. Maintenance was dispatched whenever (literally). The laundry room is the most disgusting i have ever seen in my life! The equipment in the laundry room so old i'd rather wash by hand! (a tip don't put your money in the laundry as the office will not return to you). The back gate always broke (laugh) why not just take it down?!. When I was there, there was apparently a rape/ or assault type situation on the premisis. Whomever wrote in about the Leasing Office appearance could not have been more exact. When I moved there they were building the Leasing Office. I was more than amazed that they built that office when the apartments are complete dumps! Amazing. Well some say things are nice for the price these apartments are not the case! A tip of advice don't fall for the move-in specials!

I know exactly what you mea i Live across the street and for some reason even though i am across the street it is really bad in regency square there is always police there and its dirty and theres alot of trash and just alot of crime happening there always i am desperate to move form where i live not because of anything bad but because i need a 3 bedroom and they dont have any here but i would never NEVER NEVER move to regency square!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
