I've lived here almost a year now and I've been attacked 3 times (once at gunpoint) and my apartment has been broken into twice in the last 3 weeks. The office staff is still trying to strong arm me for a 30 day notice to move even though i am not safe in this place. GHETTOOOOOOO, that's all that can be said. My apartment was broken into and robbed on Thanksgiving Day and then again this past Saturday. If you are considering these apartments, count your rent payment and then take into account all the money it cost to replace everything electronic that you own.

i lived in these apartments right after hurricane rita in beaumont. the office staff was always nice to although they were ------- half the tenants. but other than worrying about them messsing with your man or baby daddy you cool to live there if you mind your own business, like i always did. anonymous

people i dont know what you been thru and what businnes you been into for you to cause you these problems while you lived in Regency Square am a resident still and have had no problem what so ever i been living in these place for 1 year and not about office management they are real friendly and i had no probelm, if you are mining your own problems and you are not getting into OTHER PEOPLE BUSINNESS.
