I moved to Regency Square in January of 2008. Everything was great until they recently changed management. The staff prior to the new management were very presentable and professional, kept the apartment grounds clean; including the pool, and they fixed any and all problems I had in a timely fashion. They even replaced my refrigerator. Now that they've changed management, everything has gone downhill. First of all, you can't even distinguish the office personnel from the residents because of the way they're dressed. Second, I put in a written service order to have my stove repaired, and it's been almost 2 months now with no response whatsoever. Third, the cleanliness of the apartments as a whole is awful. Dead plants, garbage littered about,and the pool' My goodness it looks like SwampThing's jacuzzi! The entire pool was completely green with slime floating on top of the water for weeks! They literally wait until this happens before they'll make a feeble attempt to clean it. Crime rate' I myself haven't personally experienced any crime or vandalism to my property, or myself. Noise' My "new" upstairs neighbors are awful! They'll drink and drop trash either onto my balcony or around my apartment. I guess with this new management it's about the money...they really don't care who moves in. My lease is up in January of 2009. Rest assured, I will be moving. If it wasn't for the management, I think I could tough it out.
