i have lived at regency square since jan 08. at first it was ok cheap, big for the price, and everything worked. Then the roaches came, i keep my house clean, i spary everyday and have the apartments spary once a week and their r still roaches. And since the new managment has taken over, everything has gon to hell. I will give u the short verison of all the BS that has happened to me at these apartments. My house was broken in to, my toliet didn't work for a week, it took them a week to fix my ice box after all my food went bad, and then that ice blow up 3 weeks later. I have had mold since the storm and they have done nothing, my bathroom has a leak and a big ass hold in the top and they havn't even came and check on it, my dishwasher has been broken since i moved in. My rent money order was stolen out of the rent drop box and they told me if wasnt their promble and did't change anything. This place is dirty and i mean dirty, the new staff is rude, and knows nothing at all. The price isn't worth your well being
