The Truth

Pam, the regional supervisor, or whoever she's supposed to be, informed me today that despite the horrible living conditions I reside in, I am in a legally binding agreement. You're right Pam, I am...but so are you. The law works both ways sweetie. The law says I cannot withhold rent until my apartment is repaired or it's a breach of contract, but it also says that you have to maintain my apartment and keep it safe and free of health hazards, or that's a breach of contract too. I have continued to uphold my part of the contract and my payments have been on time...sometimes early; but the pictures I have taken prove that you havent, and I'm almost positive that when the TAA, Health Department, BBB, and judge see the pictures I'm about to upload...they're going to agree with me. Oh yeah, I'm also emailing and mailing the pictures to the TAA, Health Department, BBB, and my attorney. God sees everything you do (or aren't doing in this case)Pam and He never forgets. You will have to answer one day for the way you have people living today. What goes around comes around, and just because you don't have to live in a place like this right now, doesn't mean you never will. God giveth and He taketh away. Have a blessed day...you're going to need it.
TO PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS:
Please don't move here. As a human being and as someone whom God loves and wants the best for, you deserve better; better treatment, better living conditions...a better life. No matter what bind you may be in, I'm telling you to go to God in prayer and He will provide another place for you to live; He would not want you here because the God I serve doesn't approve of these people leasing these apartments to you in the condition they're in. On top of that, they're raising the rent and not repairing or remodeling. You can find better apartments somewhere else for the same price. I only wish I would have had someone to reveal the truth to me before I signed a lease. Oh yeah, there's a curfew now too...you can't be on your own patio (that you pay for every month) with friends after a certain time or it's considered "loitering." That shows how much they respect that you are an adult, as well as how safe it is over here too.
