A four year old was found drowned in the pool I had to hear about it on the news. management never sent out a notice. Makes me wonder what other things have happened that they do not inform the residents of. Also, my neighbor came out to find ehr new car sitting on cynder blocks with out the wheels. Management never sent out a notice about that either.

I lived there for 4 months and was then faced with a threated eviction because my two dogs were two big - I was never informed that I would be evicted if my dogs grew (which I told them would happen). To make a long story short I had to go to court and fight them - they've tried to to slap a $12,000 bill on my credit report and the management (even the Michelson org. in st. Louis) wouldn't return by phone calls. My advice is to stay away from this place and advise anyone that you know who is thinking about it.

I lived there myself. management is incompetent from the time you sign your yr away in there. Repair are done when you no longer need it anymore ... When i moved out stayed til the next day cleaning the place making sure it was clean carpet, walls ,stove , pantry, etc...yes carpet of course has dirt that can be steam off ... i move to my new place , months later i get a letter from a collection about 700$ for dirty stove, walls, and carpet replacement !!! what they didnt get (deposit due to promotion) they tried to get it with charging me unnecessarily.
