Been here since the end of January 2005 and I've had no problems, never felt unsafe and both my vehicles have never been damaged or broken into. Had a couple of problems with the toilet, and the Disposal was stopped up a couple of times but these problems were taken care of quickly. Relatively Quiet
complex, haven't heard any loud stereos or banging on the walls or ceilings. About what I'd expect for an apartment complex in Houston.
