It used to be ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here for almost a 10 months. It's a nice place for what you pay for. But for the last few months there has been several suspicious looking people loitering around the complex. I was pretty satisfied but am seriously considering moving out when my lease expires. Several complex's surrounding Rio Grande have taken in Katrina refugees, maybe that's where these people are coming from. Check out the neighborhood before making a final decision.
