The office staff at this complex are snooty and sometimes rude. I don't like their attitudes especially some of the leasing agents. I will be happy when my lease expires.

I agree w/you. Gloria is rude - she is the reason that I decided not to renew my lease. I didn't have any problems w/other staff members, although they do seem a little ditsy, but always smiling - j/k. They shouldn't have an "office manager" who looks like she should be a prison warden. She needs to have a more approchable demeanor. Where did they find her??
