Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We moved into this place in April 2005 and about renew our lease for another 1 year. I personally its a reasonable place( atleast so far for us). I love their location , you are minutes away from any major market. The rent is pretty reasonable. We called the maintainance people 2 times , the response was pretty quick..I read somone complained about suspiciuos faces around the complex , YES i agree to that, my wife mentioned once that she feels scared sometimes when she comes back from work say around 11pm.
