Ive lived here a three years now.
The face of the apartment complex has changed since the displacement of gulf coast residents. I am a woman and I sometimes feel scared to go out at night. Sometimes certain people hang out in small groups in the parking lot. I am all about neighborhood friendliness, but i dont like young men hanging out in front of cars with the rap music on loud. I dont know whether to ask them to stop or I wish managment would tell me what to do if I see a suspicious person walking the grounds.
If you are managment please tell us residents what to do when this happens, usually around sunset, after you have gone home for the day. I know its important to be accepting of all cultures, but it makes me nervious. If you would like to reply to this message, I will delete this part and rewrite it.
Other than that i love this place. The staff can be very nice at times. One woman seems to have an attitude, but not everyone can be happy-go-lucky, and she just might be focused on doing her job.
