The office staff is unhelpful and rude. I came into the office to talk about the renewal of my lease and the office manager was rude and didn't answer any of my questions or provide any information. I had to write an email complaining to actually get some sort of answer - but that still wasn't helpful. I then came back the other day to ask about 2 bedroom pricing and they weren't able to give me any information on that either - i'm currently in a one bedroom, but need a 2 bedroom. Then, the lady in the office asked me where I currently live - I just laughed and told her that I have been living there for over a year. Don't get me wrong, I like the area and my apartment - it's generally peaceful and i haven't had any problems w/my neighbors, but the office staff is the reason why I decided not to renew my lease. Unless they can get better people working there, i think that they are going to lose more tenants.
