It is very apparent by the bogus high ratings for this complex, that the management is posting all of the positive ratings to fool the public. 50% approval my ass!!!! But please don't be fooled, and whatever you do, don't move here!!!! This lying to the public does not surprise me at all, as my experience at Rio Grande was a series of run-ins with the incompetent management at this complex. Everything they did was wrong, and if you complain, watch out - then they become vindictive and really go after you. To top it off the complex is just plain ugly with the horrendous cowboy theme everywhere, and the apartments themselves are nothing special. There is definitely much better in the area - go find it and save yourself another move in 6 months because you will definitely only be at Rio Grande Ranch a short time!
