It's great until you sign the contract! From: rms411 Date posted: 7/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have only lived in the apartment for a three months and have already had problems. When I moved in my shower had no hot water and it took two weeks for a maintenance man to come fix the issue. About a month into living at Rio Grande Ranch Apartments, I came home for lunch to find the maintenance men pouring motor oil and anti-freeze into the landscape grass. The grass is still blueish tint from that incident! I reported it to management and nothing was every done! Now three months into my lease my toliet will not flush! I have had maintenance out five times in four days and it is still not fixed!!! Everytime I go see management about my problems I have the pleasure of speaking with rude personel that stopped caring at the point you signed the lease. Leaser Beware...
