I used to live there but NO MORE! Thank God! My car got broken into and the rude person who answered the phone, said I needed to pay for a new access card (they stole my access card too). So when I call them to find out about my deposit, they said I actually OWE a balance rather than receiving my deposit. That are such LIARS. They charged me $300 because they claim they needed to replace my carpet. That is a bunch of crap. I cleaned that apartment out for 3 hours! I used resolve to clean up all the stains. That apartment was spotless by the time I was done. They do not want to pay you for your deposit - so BEWARE. My advice to you all would be to take a picture after you clean your apartment so you have some sort of proof. Also...BUY A HOUSE! Renting is not worth it.
