I have currently lived in Rio Grande Ranch since June 06'. I think before renting an apartment, you should expect to get an apartment.
You will hear your neighbors (especially those above you). People vacuum and occasionally make sounds. I have asked the couple living above me to keep it down once. I think it's reasonable to talk to people before getting mad.
Thieves exist. If you don't like that, become a police officer. I have only seen one car broken into. I don't have a garage and feel comfortable.
Sarah in the office is great, I haven't had many experiences with anyone else. I wish the access gates were automatic and that the rent was lower.
Haven't seen a bug or pest of any sort. Maintenance guys have been great. Utilities have been decent. We don't use many of the amenities.
After reading the previous reviews, I would say that most of these people are expecting a resort type atmosphere, that is not how apartments work in the real world.
