I have to say, I really never paid any attention to these postings, but after everything we have gone through with/at this complex, I had to say something. This complex is HORRIBLE! We have been here for 3 years, and this complex has gone down hill really quick! The crime rate in this complex has gone up, and the complex does not do a thing to stop the crime, and situations fall on deaf ears. Staff is not helpful, but the important part is the CRIME, and numerous break-ins. We have received a letter stating a break-in almost every month since January. That is scary, and numerous have been during the day. We have been loyal tenants for 3 years, and over the past 3 months the office and staff have over charged us, and could never give us a valid reason as to why. In all, this complex is UNSAFE!! Think twice before moving here, because it is not worth the money for such and unsafe apartment complex.

Can I get some advice from some people who live here? I'm a single 23 year old female and last thing i want to have to worry about is a bunch of break ins. I'm supposed to be moving in sept 14th. I fell in love with the place but if its really that bad off I'd rather take my money else where. I'd appreciate any responses!!

I live here at the moment and I am stuck in a 16 month lease. My husband and I in the last 4 months have had our apt. broken into, our mailbox broken into (leading to us having our identy stolen) and our car broken in to. I recommend that you do not move here. While the Manager was nice when our apt was broken in to at the time. When our mail boxes were broken into we spoke to them about the mailboxes they said that they could not see any damage, when we asked them to change the lock they had the nerve to try and charge us. In the last ffew months the tendents that are moving in are a lower class then what it shoudl be. When you are paying over $1000 a month for rent you really do not expect to live next to people who look and ack like they belong on welfare.

I lived there before and all i have to say is that i am GLAD i am no longer living here. The management is VERY unorganized, they don't know how to do anything as a managing team and I would NEVER recommend tthe place. DON'T MOVE HERE!

I know for a fact that the crime is low, lower than the apartments next to us, but with regards to the staff, I agree they were rude, but the new management company since jan 08 is awesome.
